Moreish brings flexibility to the table, offering seasonal menus tailored to the unique requirements of each dining setting. Our expansive range – from main courses and sides to soups and desserts – is expertly crafted by our chefs and approved by our dietitians to deliver exceptional quality and taste.
Every year, we serve over 6.2 million meals from our Cuisine Centre, a facility renowned for its world-class food safety and proudly accredited by the British Retail Consortium Global Standards.
Nutrition
The Moreish range focuses on taste, quality and nutrition. Made with premium, sustainable ingredients, our flexible menu lets your diners, customers and service users choose meals they’ll enjoy.
We freeze our meals straight from production to lock in the nutrition and flavour that would otherwise deteriorate during transit and storage.
Quality
Our Moreish meal range offers exceptional flavours and balanced nutrition, whilst ensuring consistency and quality to make your catering needs that little bit easier. Our menus are refreshed twice a year to keep meals exciting and aligned with seasonal ingredients.
Diner survey results, client feedback, food trends, and innovation all play a role in selecting the meals for our Moreish menus. Each meal undergoes a rigorous development process, tested for taste, texture, appearance, and aroma.
Flexibility
Moreish offers a fantastic range of dishes to create a menu suitable for your patients' varied needs. A new feature coming soon will allow diners to select their meals using a modern electronic tablet system, with easy access to dietary and nutritional information.
The Moreish range provides plenty of choice, including special dietary needs such as diabetes, higher energy, softer, vegetarian, vegan, and healthier choices. We have also specifically developed finger food for patients living with dementia.
Efficiency
Reducing waste: Our flexible range and portion sizes reduce waste, ensuring customers get exactly what they need.
Electronic ordering: A new feature is coming soon that will enable customers to select their meals using a tablet that provides the latest allergen and nutritional information
